About the Role

We’re hiring an Intensive In-Home (IIH) Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll supervise, coordinate, and provide Intensive In-Home Services for consumers of all ages receiving treatment from Family Preservation Services. You’ll ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and procedures of the mental health service and as ordered by the physician. The IIH Team Lead reports directly to the Intensive In-Home Services Team Leader.

Responsibilities

●        Supervise and coordinate the delivery of Intensive In-Home Services

●        Ensure services align with the agency's standards, policies, and procedures

●        Support consumers in achieving treatment goals while promoting self-determination

●        Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

●        Maintain documentation and case management records

●        Provide training and development to team members

Required Qualifications

●        Master's degree in a human services field

●        One year of full-time, post-graduate MH/DD/SAS experience with the population served

●        LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCMHC, or LCMHC-A licensure
