About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a School-Based Therapist to serve as an integral part of the regional clinical team, providing treatment planning and direct therapeutic services to children and adolescents within the school setting. In this role, you will utilize evidence-based models and creative clinical interventions to support emotional, behavioral, and academic success.

Responsibilities
• Provide school-based therapy services to children and adolescents
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based and best-practice counseling techniques
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain consistent therapeutic engagement in the school setting
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Provide school-based therapy services to children and adolescents
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based and best-practice counseling techniques

Requirements
• Current or near completion of Virginia licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
• Minimum of one (1) year of verified direct work or internship experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to work within a school-based schedule
• Ability to pass all required background checks

Compensation & Benefits
• $40 per client hr
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
