Administrative Assistant
As our Administrative Assistant, you will serve a vital role as the first impression for our agency and ensure our office runs in an efficient and professional manner. You will coordinate communication within each office, scheduling appointments, relaying information to callers, and otherwise assisting staff with clerical work and minor administrative detail.

What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more experience with administrative/clerical duties
- 1 year or more experience with payroll and/or billing duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized, customer service oriented, and self-motivated
