Operations Manager
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person making sure our foster care and family preservation programs run smoothly, meet high standards, and grow in the right direction.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Keeping daily operations on track and supporting teams across our child welfare programs
- Using data and feedback to help us improve services and outcomes
- Making sure we’re hitting our goals, meeting contract requirements, and staying aligned with our mission
- Jumping in on new projects and helping us grow in smart, strategic ways
- Overseeing billing, payments, and fixing any issues along the way
- Supporting staff with training, onboarding, and performance coaching, and supervising the Operations Specialist.
- Collaborating on big-picture planning, partnerships, and new ideas

What we are looking for:
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services related field
- Supervision experience
- At least 5 years’ work experience in human services administration and 2 years’ experience in a social work setting
- DCFS CWEL and CERAP required within 90 days of hire
- Valid Driver’s license in good standing, and automobile insurance. Must obtain a valid IL license within 30 days of hire if moving from out of state.
