About your Role: 
The People Development Coordinator will provide technical, creative and administrative support to our various people development initiatives including onboarding, performance management, leadership development and job-related training programs. This role will serve as a primary administrator to Pathways Relias LMS system, as well as the primary contact for our learning helpdesk ticket system.
 
This highly visible, customer-oriented individual has the unique opportunity to work with many partners and leaders across the company, gaining exposure and experience to a broad array of programs that drive the company’s culture and employee experience.
 
Relias Learning Management System and Helpdesk Administration – 45%
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Relias Learning Management System (LMS). Provide end-user, supervisor and program director support for Relias, including: 1) creating and modifying learning modules and training plans based on pre-fabricated content, 2) assigning courses to appropriate learning groups both manually and through automations, and 3) troubleshooting access and course related issues
  • Monitor learning helpdesk; respond to daily tickets and elevate requests as necessary. Provide friendly, competent and timely customer service skills with the desire to satisfy our internal and external customers
  • Prepare customized and regularly scheduled reports and assist with creation, maintenance and distribution of training-related reports for large-scale programs and updates
  • Take initiative in analyzing workflows, and coming up with solutions for streamlining and improving processes and data for maximum impact, with support from manager
 
Content Development & Project Support – 40%
  • Support Manager and Director, People Development in marketing and project managing people development initiatives, identifying new initiatives, designing content, and tracking impact metrics
  • Develop smaller scale training project plans in partnership with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Total Rewards, Compliance and Operational teams; serve as producer for live webinars.
 
Communications & Culture – 15%
  • Create and edit a variety of internal communications materials, including monthly employee newsletters, with tailored messages based on analyses of target audiences and business objectives
  • Maintain team page on company intranet to share learning resources, onboarding tools, and information on upcoming events
  • Serve as a cultural champion for a collaborative and engaging workplace environment

Compensation:
$25/hr to $29/hr
Does the following apply to you?
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 1 year in a previous employee engagement, learning and development, human resources or training assistant, specialist or coordinator role. Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience 
  • Previous experience with learning technology tools including Articulate, Canva, SurveyMonkey, tele- class platforms, LMS systems, etc.
