About the Role
The Recruiter I supports workforce growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and moderately complex roles while building foundational recruiting expertise. This role partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to source, screen, and advance candidates through the hiring process. The Recruiter I develops core competencies in candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and pipeline management while contributing to an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
• Support full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and moderately complex roles from requisition intake through offer stage
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners to understand role requirements, licensure needs, and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, internal databases, and professional networks
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, licensure where applicable, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system and ensure recruitment documentation standards are met
• Provide a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and offer coordination
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and hiring information
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired and high-volume roles
• Engage passive candidates through sourcing platforms and targeted outreach strategies
• Participate in sourcing campaigns, career events, job fairs, and other talent engagement activities as needed
• Support ongoing improvements to recruitment workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience initiatives
• Stay informed on recruiting best practices and employment law considerations
• Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, Manila team members, and hiring managers to maintain efficient and consistent hiring workflows
Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related HR experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Foundational sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to solve practical problems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
