ABOUT THE ROLE
The Transformation Project Manager is a contracted position responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving execution of medium to large enterprise programs and projects aligned with Clarvida’s organizational priorities. This role works across business, operational, clinical, and technology teams to define objectives, manage timelines, track deliverables, identify risks, and support adoption of new processes or systems. The Transformation Project Manager is expected to bring structure, follow-through, and practical problem solving to complex initiatives, helping ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining clear communication with project teams and leadership throughout the project life cycle
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a key resource in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of priority initiatives through coordination, documentation, analysis, project management, and reporting. Performs as the day-to-day project point of contact for stakeholders, monitors progress, and supports adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Manages assigned projects with a high degree of independence, including initiatives that may span multiple teams, functions, markets, or locations. Aligns project objectives with organizational goals, clarifies decision points, identifies dependencies, and drives follow-through to improve processes, coordination, and outcomes
Coordinates the work of project teams by identifying needed resources, clarifying roles and responsibilities, aligning team member skills and strengths with project demands, communicating a clear vision of project goals and objectives, and ensuring project milestones are achieved. Provides timely feedback to team members and their supervisors, as appropriate, when performance, capacity, or follow-through may affect project outcomes.
Employs a strong blend of organization and technical/process redesign skills and leadership
Provides project management support through the use of project management, reporting, and collaboration tools such as SmartSheet, Adobe Workfront, Domo, and Microsoft 365. Develops project workplans that define goals, deliverables, owners, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decision points. Manages projects to support on-time and on-budget delivery, keeps project teams and leadership apprised of progress, and escalates risks, tradeoffs, or barriers early enough to support timely action.
Facilitates effective communication and cross-functional collaboration among project stakeholders, including internal teams, operational leaders, external resources, vendors, resellers, consultants, and business partners. Communicates with clarity, professionalism, and empathy, especially when projects affect employees, clinical teams, field operations, or established ways of working.
Maintains a commitment to professional development by participating in on-going supervision, training, and department and team meetings, as outlined by policies and procedures
Has familiarity with standard concepts, terms, practices, and procedures within enterprise program management, business operations, process improvement, and organizational change. Supports the implementation of enterprise solutions and ensures alignment with organizational standards, operational needs, and applicable best practices.
Adheres to enterprise Project Management practices by participating in formal and informal training; tracking and reporting key metrics (e.g., deliverables, financials, duration, benefits) as appropriate; gathering, maintaining, and communicating lessons learned and feedback to project teams, leadership, and the larger project management community.
Supports business readiness and adoption activities by helping stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, how the change will affect teams or processes, and what support is needed for successful implementation.

TRAVEL
Up to 25% of travel between locations – as need requires
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in Business Administration or related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Project Management Professional (PMP) or working towards is strongly desired
At least 8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a business, healthcare, behavioral health, technology, operations, or service-oriented setting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience managing complex customer requirements across all aspects of cost, schedule, and quality.
Solution orientation with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks at the company-wide level.
Experience with various development and project management methodologies (e.g. lean, waterfall, agile, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to business.
Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools such as SmartSheet, Adobe Workfront, Domo, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related enterprise systems, with experience preparing updates for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience working in a multi-site, matrixed, or service-oriented organization

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and instructions. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to clearly explain instructions in both written and oral media.
Mathematical Skills
Basic mathematic ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Use of MS Excel to aid in mathematical work.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to read instructional bulletins and/or participate in training sessions then translate information provided into day-to-day work duties. Must be able to make sound decisions to support employees and consumers in a calm and timely manner. Must be able to interact with employees, outside agencies, external sources, and internal departments on a daily basis in a way that supports the company’s mission and enhances the delivery and quality of services.
