About the Role
The Associate Regional Director is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting the Regional Director in the oversight, planning, and management of multiple behavioral health programs and service contracts throughout an assigned region. This position provides operational leadership, supports program growth, manages staff development initiatives, monitors financial performance, and helps ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The Associate Regional Director partners with internal and external stakeholders to support high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
· Support regional operations and service delivery across multiple behavioral health programs and service locations
· Assist in developing and managing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and operational performance plans
· Partner with Regional Directors and Program Directors to achieve organizational goals and performance objectives
· Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for leadership and professional staff
· Review organizational performance metrics and support quality improvement initiatives
· Ensure compliance with company policies, accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and applicable laws and regulations
· Assist with planning, management, staff development activities, and regional leadership meetings
· Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with county, state, and community partners
· Represent Clarvida at community meetings, stakeholder events, and external partnerships
· Support administrative operations and program management functions across assigned regions
· Monitor service quality, productivity, and program performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies
· Support implementation of evidence-based practices and operational best practices across programs
· Participate in strategic planning, business development, contract renewals, and proposal development activities
· Assist with the development and execution of regional growth strategies and organizational objectives
· Provide leadership support in the absence of the Regional Director
· Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, professional boundaries, and organizational policies
· Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Operations, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
· Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services environments
· Experience supporting program operations, staff development, and organizational performance initiatives
· Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
· Experience reviewing operational, quality, or financial performance metrics
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex operational environments
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active automobile insurance

Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Mental Health Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
· Multi-site leadership experience preferred
· Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent) is a plus but not required
· Experience supporting behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment programs
· Experience with budgeting, forecasting, business development, or performance improvement initiatives
