Lead Caseworker

About your Role:
As a Lead Caseworker you will provide guidance, support, and training to our team of Caseworkers, working with children and families involved in the foster care system. Your role will offer direct case management to private pay clients as well as leadership to the team through trainings, meeting facilitation, caseload tracking, and representing Raystown with community service providers. This position works in an office setting, with some travel within the county to residential homes or facilities.
Perks of this role:
- $750 sign-on bonus- paid out: $250 after 90 days | $500 after 180 days
- Competitive rate of pay- $20.00-$21.00/hour
Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Sociology etc., AND a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with children and families; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in an unrelated field with at least twelve (12) credits in a Human Services related course i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Sociology etc., AND a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with children and families
- A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license with good driving record
