About your Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work under the administrative supervision of the Director of Nursing and clinical supervision of a Medical Doctor, to ensure care provided to individuals and families is done in a trauma-informed, therapeutic, competent, and responsible manner. The position will provide clinically excellent counseling and prescribing duties to provide our clients viable treatment. The Nurse Practitioner will provide the adequate treatment for the individual to maintain a successful quality of life in the community setting.  Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is preferred, however, a Family Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or other applicable specialties within the State of Tennessee is acceptable.

Does the following apply to you?

  • Master’s degree in Nursing
  • A minimum of one (1) year of post licensure experience
  • Experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic, community-based treatment environment
  • Experience in prescribing psychotropic medications specific to mental health diagnosis
  • Active Tennessee Nursing license in good standing
