Description
The Recruiter II plays a key role in supporting workforce growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes.
The Recruiter II is a fully proficient recruiter capable of managing a higher volume of requisitions with increasing complexity while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring leader partnership
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
65% – Full-Cycle Recruitment & Hiring Leader Partnership
- Leads full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including clinical, operational, and corporate positions.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Sources and engages candidates through recruiting platforms, talent intelligence tools, and professional networks.
- Conducts structured candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, licensure requirements, and cultural alignment.
- Manages candidate pipelines and ensures timely progression through the recruitment process.
- Provides hiring managers with market insights, candidate feedback, and pipeline updates.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulatory requirements, and internal hiring policies.
- Maintains accurate data and documentation within the applicant tracking system.
25% – Talent Pipeline Development & Market Intelligence
- Develops and maintains talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Utilizes sourcing strategies and market research to identify qualified candidates.
- Builds relationships with professional communities, talent networks, and external partners.
- Provides insights on market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment challenges.
10% – Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration
- Participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Shares best practices with recruiting peers and contributes to team knowledge-sharing.
- Supports recruiting coordinators and Manila-based recruiting teams by providing guidance on sourcing strategies and candidate management.
- Maintains awareness of evolving recruitment trends, tools, and technology.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle US recruiting experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with wide groups of directors. Ability to make effective presentations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Leadership Skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and collaborate with staff at all levels. Drive and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
