Crisis Center Supervisor
As a Crisis Center Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our 23-Hour Adult Crisis and Stabilization Program. You will provide leadership support to a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals, peer support specialists, and support staff, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.

You will provide leadership support to a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals, peer support specialists, and support staff, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.
The Supervisor works closely with the Crisis Center Director to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, manage program efficiency, and create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can thrive. This is a unique opportunity to shape services for individuals in behavioral health crisis while mentoring and guiding a dedicated team.

What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years working in a behavioral health crisis setting
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, assessments, and recovery-oriented models
- Proven leadership experience, including supervision and team management
- Ability to pass background checks, including enhanced fingerprinting
- CPR/First Aid and CPI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months
