Crisis Center Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
As a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), you will focus on de-escalation techniques, identify the client’s immediate needs and providing clinical treatment to facilitate them in discharging from the crisis center. The position works with adults to complete crisis and risk factor assessments, provide crisis counseling services, and conducting individual therapy. In addition, the Crisis Center QMHP will collaborate with treatment team members, create discharge/aftercare plans to ensure ongoing stabilization for clients leaving the crisis center, and be responsible for reporting legal, ethical or safety issues. The staff at our Crisis Center work as part of an interdisciplinary team focusing on crisis intervention skills to de-escalate, treat and stabilize behavioral health needs of individuals.

What we’re looking for:
- Licensed in Oregon as a QMHP-R**, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting.

Schedules we offer:
- Schedule 1: Tuesday - Saturday 8AM - 4PM, Sunday and Monday off. (40 Hours, Day Shift)
- Schedule 2: Sunday - Wednesday 3PM - 8PM, On Call from 8PM - 8AM. Thursday - Saturday off. (20 Hours, Swing Shift + On Call)
- Schedule 3: Sunday and Monday 8AM - 4PM. Thursday - Saturday 3PM - 8PM, and On Call from 8pm - 8AM. Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. (31 Hours, Day and Swing Shift + On Call)
