About this role

Our Employee Engagement and Development Coordinator plays a vital role in recruiting and onboarding new employees for our various mental health and foster care programs.  You will develop, coordinate, and implement all aspects of orientation and training for new and existing staff members. Our Coordinator represents Clarvida at local job fairs, committees, and community events.  Your ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment will be vital in leaving a positive impression on applicants and the community.

What we’re looking for: 

  • One of the following:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, Education or related field
    • 3 or more years of experience in the Behavioral health field, Recruiting, Human Resources, and/or Training
  • Current fingerprint clearance and ability to pass a background check;  valid Arizona Driver's license and current auto insurance
