About Your Role:
The Regional Director oversees the daily operations of community-based programs by performing the position duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The role ensures that organizational strategy is effectively translated into regional execution while fostering a culture that reflects Clarvida’s core values.
- Ensure excellence in all programs in accordance with applicable standards.
- Foster organizational excellence by contributing to Quality Improvement, including the collection and use of data to continuously improve client and program services.
- Use innovation to establish annual goals for program improvement in relation to corporate goals in the areas of:
- Fiscal management
- Program development
- Clinical program management
- Personnel development
- Adhere to budgets and maintain fiscal integrity and sustainability at the program level by balancing cost control with resources for expansion and improvement.
- Executing marketing plans and building internal and external relationships with integrity.
- Coordinate region-specific accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Interview and hire employees, ensure compliance with trainings, plan, assign, and direct workflow.
- Continuously assess performance and provide guidance and oversight to company policy to include conflict resolution.
- Oversee the maintenance of personnel records and ensure compliance with company personnel issues and protocols.
- Assure the quality of the therapeutic programs as required by all applicable standards and policies.
- Ensure all staff receive weekly supervision according to the specifications of the contract and COA requirements.
- Participate in client-related meetings, as needed.
- Ensure program staff and foster parents receive training by utilizing Clarvida training series, outside sources, and new training updates.
- Supervise and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Ensure efficient use of staff time and work schedules.
- Ensure monthly contacts and quarterly compliance checks with foster parents are completed.
- Provide on-call/back-up coverage according to schedule.
- Ensure PQI activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner, including peer and PQI audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Perks of this role:
- Pay starting is $50,000 annually
Does the Following Apply to You?
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in Human Service field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment in accordance with applicable state requirements.
- A minimum of (3) years of supervisor experience.
- Active licensure in a mental health-related field.
- CPR and First Aid certified or be willing to obtain certification before working with clients.
