About your Role: 
As the Senior Director, Applications Strategy will be responsible to lead and drive product transformation for our clinical platforms. The Senior Director has a deep expertise in healthcare clinical information system workflows and a proven track record of building and improving technology transformation to support a large portfolio of internal technology solutions and external vendors.  This Senior Director is responsible for defining and executing the technology platform strategy to drive innovation, improve efficiency, increase business value, and ultimately improve end-user experience. The Senior Director assists the SVP, Business Transformation with planning, developing, and recommending short- and long-range information technology goals, objectives and roadmap related to Clinical, Rev Cycle, Financial and other operational applications to support the enterprise.
 
Compensation: 
  • $160K - $180K
Does the following apply to you?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 8 or more years’ experience in a leadership role 
  • 8 or more years’ experience in healthcare technical product management positions, with at least 3 years managing cross-functional teams. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in developing revenue generating healthcare IT service offerings, preferably Electronic Health Record (EHR)-related services.
  • Open to Travel
Preferred but not required:
  • Master’s Degree
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of driving innovation and success in the market. 
  • Considerable experience in the evaluation, development and implementation of clinical and business systems and technologies. Large breadth of application experience and knowledge. 
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise EHR applications and experience addressing the unique security and confidentiality requirements of the healthcare environment. 
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, cloud computing, and software development 
  • Experience with data intake, transformation and exchange is a plus 
  • Experience with robotic process automation is a plus 
  • Documented success in addressing business needs with information management solutions and practices and leading the design, development, deployment, and support of clinical information systems.
