About the Role

We’re hiring a Van Driver to transport program consumers to and from our Day Program and provide other transportation services as assigned. In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, promptly reporting any maintenance needs to the Program Director. This position requires a dedicated, responsible individual who values the safety and well-being of the consumers served.

Responsibilities

●        Safely transport program consumers to and from the Day Program and other destinations as assigned

●        Ensure the vehicle is in safe working order and report maintenance needs to the Program Director

●        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle

●        Assist with ensuring that maintenance needs are promptly addressed

●        Follow all safety protocols and ensure the safety of passengers during transport

Required Qualifications

●        Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a safe driving record (no alcohol or drug-related convictions within the past 10 years)

●        High school diploma or equivalent
