Program Manager
As a key leader in our organization, you will supervise and support case managers and clinicians across up to two locations, shaping the quality and impact of services we provide to children and families. You will play an active role in overseeing employee hiring and performance, recognizing achievements, managing disciplinary actions, and fostering a supportive culture aligned with agency policies and regulations. Through meaningful consultations with staff, you’ll them analyze case data and strengthen their clinical and diagnostic skills and professional growth. By collaborating closely with Camelot foster parents, case management staff, and Clinical Team Supervisors, you will ensure the integrity of our programs, uphold compliance, and enhance program quality. This position comes with the opportunity to take on on-call responsibilities, where you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and responding to critical needs as they arise.

What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in a Human Service field
- 3 years or more of experience working with children, youth, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
- 2 years or more of supervision experience
- CERAP/CWEL certification and DCFS licensure with 402 certifications, or obtained within 90 days of start date
- Valid Driver’s license in good standing, and automobile insurance. Must obtain a valid IL license within 30 days of hire if moving from out of state.
