About your role:
The Manager of Foster Care is responsible for the supervision, oversight, and monitoring of the quality and delivery of services within the Foster Care service line. This role includes leadership of Senior Consultants and ensuring standardized trauma-informed services across the state. The Manager of Foster Care provides direction in service delivery, training, quality assurance, and compliance with state standards. Additional responsibilities include recruitment and retention of foster parents, evaluation of program effectiveness, oversight of data and audits, and collaboration with directors and cross-functional teams to ensure effective treatment and quality growth. The Manager of Foster Care may also provide limited direct services to clients as needed for training or continuity of care.

Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology)
- Minimum of two years of post-Bachelor’s MH/DD/SA experience
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Foster Care Consultant or equivalent role
- Master’s level coursework or degree in Human Services
- Training in Pressley Ridge and Together Facing the Challenge
