Clinical Supervisor
Our Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role, guiding Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and Behavioral Health staff in their region. From one-on-one supervision and team meetings to co-leading group sessions, they’re hands-on in supporting strong clinical practice. They also step into the field with observational home visits, crisis support, and agency collaboration. Working closely with District Leadership, Clinical Supervisors help shape a positive, inspiring team culture focused on delivering the best outcomes for the kids and families we serve.

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families
- LMSWcc, LCPCcc, LCSW, or LCPC- Independent licensure preferred
