Employment Specialist
As an Employment Specialist, you will work with eligible consumers who express a desire to work and that, due to the impact and severity of their mental illness have recently lost employment, been underemployed, or unemployed on a frequent or long-term basis. Together, you will work to create a job search plan, identifying their strengths, vocational skills, and interests, to expedite employment. This role continues to work with your client after hire, providing job coaching, job skill and interpersonal training, until they no longer need or desire such specialty services.

What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more experience working with clients in the community on job development
- An understanding and sensitivity to serving a diverse client population
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR);
- Clean Criminal Back Ground Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation-child or adult)
