We’re a long-standing, community-focused veterinary hospital in beautiful Laguna Beach, CA, and we’re looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face (and voice!) for our clients and their pets.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, making them feel valued and heard
  • Accurately enter and update client/patient information in our system
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Process payments and invoices with accuracy and care
  • Document & process medication requests and call in prescriptions to outside pharmacies
  • Educate clients on recommended products and services
  • Keep our lobby clean, organized, and inviting
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the hospital running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine love for animals and people
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of veterinary customer service experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active on your feet throughout the day
Compensation:
Pay starts at $18–$22/hour and is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
