We are a busy 7-doctor practice located in the lovely city of Austin, Texas! We nurture not only our clients and their pets, but also our staff. We are looking for an exceptional individual who has strong medical skills and who thrives within a busy, friendly team. Our Veterinary Technicians educate clients, assist the veterinarians in exams and procedures, monitor anesthesia and surgical procedures, perform in house lab work, and much, much more! The work schedule generally is limited to four (4) or (5) work shifts per week.   
Provide your best care with more bridges and less barriers.   
   
Role Responsibilities:

Provides basic patient care and client service in collaboration with the entire veterinary healthcare team, including basic patient assessment, treatment, and appointment/walk-in facilitation. Focuses on client interaction, outpatient procedures, and doctor support in the exam room.

   
   
Experience & Skills Requirements:   
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology
  • Willingness to pursue further education and training
  • Ability to perform veterinary medical procedures 
  • Must have recent experience in veterinary practice with increasing responsibilities- 2 years preferred but not required
  • Great leadership skills and self motivated
