Ideal candidates:
- Minimum 1 year veterinary experience
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Your responsibilities may include:
- Serve the critical role of being the liaison between doctors, clients, and patients
- Organize/ track patient diagnostics
- Coordinate hospitalized patient treatment
- Prepare patient discharge reports/ in-hospital updates
- Communicate with clients, referring DVMs; and pharmacies as needed regarding appointments, medical concerns, patient updates, referrals, and prescriptions.
