If you’re a veterinarian who is passionate about wellness care, The PARC Express is the place for you. The PARC Express is a new concept that partners with The PARC and The PARC Grand Resort to offer an umbrella of service offerings delivered by one team that works together to offer comprehensive pet care. The PARC Express is specifically designed to cater to busy people who desire quick wellness appointments for their healthy pets.
You will have the ability to transfer care of any pet that requires a medical workup to a team of doctors at The PARC – located only 90 seconds from The PARC Express.
You will build relationships with people as you advise them on their pet’s annual wellness and have the ability to direct them to your network of skilled teammates for a wide variety of additional care options – from medical workups to elective and advanced surgical solutions to treating illnesses/injuries to 24/7 ER. What sets us apart is our focus on the people who love the pets under our care and our desire to make both of them feel better, play more, and love longer.
Your schedule will be 4 10's including every other weekend with time split between The PARC and the PARC Express.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- A desire and ability to build and foster relationships with people and their pets
- The ability to share information efficiently.
- Delegation skills and the ability to get work done through others.
- Time management skills and ability to balance the demands of a full appointment schedule. The ideal candidate will enjoy overseeing a room full of spinning plates.
- The desire to encourage others and help make their team feel appreciated and valued.
