Our Team

We are a 24-hour animal veterinary hospital located in Kahului, HI. Our clinic offers a family environment to patients, clients, and staff alike that allows you to focus on the human-animal bond and make clients and patients feel comfortable.

We are a fast-paced setting with all the supportive tools needed, such as in-house lab work, digital radiology, cloud-based EMR, and dedicated support staff.  We emphasize teamwork and we work hard, but we also cultivate a healthy work-life balance and the best playground in the world - Maui! 

We make sure to use modern technology to offer clear, concise, fast results while still taking pride in our clean, comfortable, and beautiful facility.   Being so far from extensive specialty options gives our veterinarians the opportunity to develop special interests in fields like surgery, oncology, internal medicine, ultrasound, and more.

Central Maui Animal Clinic is looking for an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

As an Emergency Veterinarian, you’ll have access to an expansive network and medical leaders who are there to champion you and your medicine as well as to discuss cases and address concerns. You’ll also work with highly trained emergency staff and have advanced tools and treatments at your fingertips.

Experience & Skills Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
• Rotating Internship trained or similar ideal.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
