Veterinary Client Service Representative
Full-Time, 3 12-hour Shifts (including rotating weekends)

Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About You 
As a Client Service Representative, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. The CSR is responsible for providing office support including greeting clients and patients, appointment scheduling, preparing medical records, answering and directing incoming phone calls, ensuring the lobby and front of the clinic are clean and welcoming, presenting and processing financial options and balancing payments. Strong client service skills are crucial as Client Service Representatives are the initial point of contact for clients.
  
Experience & Skills Requirements:  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus!
  • Previous experience in a veterinary setting strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a client service role preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical clinic preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using computers and handling sensitive material
  • Must possess a genuine love for animals and a commitment to client education and satisfactoin
Role Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and patients alike
  • Utilize a multiline phone system, accurately direct calls
  • Answer client inquiries to the best of your ability
  • Maintain a clear and concise medical record, documenting payments, client communications and more
  • Process payment and balance accounts
  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients, technicians, assistants, doctors and other staff members

About the Hospital 

At Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey, we provide primary and urgent care to dogs and cats in Gloucester County and the surrounding areas. We also offer dentistry. We are proud to be accredited by the AAHA and certified as a Cat-Friendly practice. We have been proudly serving as Delaware Valley’s veterinary hospital since 1986.

 
We are open Monday - Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm

 Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $19/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
