- Established in 2005, the Veterinary Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Group (VOSM) pioneered orthopedic, sports medicine, and rehab specialty practice in the U.S.
- Currently seeking a passionate veterinary rehabilitation doctor certified in veterinary rehab (CCRP or CCRT), with interests in orthopedics, sports medicine, and regenerative medicine.
- Our referral base spans the mid-Atlantic region, with surgical referrals nationally and internationally.
- Caseload focuses on working, sporting dogs, and companions, with a strong presence in performance dog communities.
- Renowned in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C., metro as a top choice for orthopedic pet treatment referrals.
- Equipped with extensive orthopedic instrumentation, total hip replacement program, and multiple arthroscopic towers.
- Features onsite 1.5 Tesla MRI, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, digital radiology suites, and a dedicated neurology center.
- Sports medicine and rehab departments emphasize regenerative medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasound, conditioning, and hydrotherapy.
- Certified canine rehab practitioners skilled in orthopedic rehab modalities and therapies.
- Offers research, teaching, and clinical trial opportunities, including lectures and workshops on orthopedics and sports medicine.
- Engages in training programs like externships, surgical internships, ACVSMR residencies, and fellowships

Experience & Skills Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date.
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
- DVM with 1-3 years of rehab experience
- CCRT or CCRP certification, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- CVA, Chiropractic Certification (AVCA/VSMT) preferred but not required
