Veterinary Client Service Representative

Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is now hiring a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our team!
Schedule: 3:00 pm to 1:00 am or 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (includes $1 night shift differential in addition to base pay)
Our ideal candidate must be a strong team player that is friendly, helpful, courteous, energetic and able to work at least one weekend shift each week.
Mandatory Reception Skills:
- Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties
- Exceptional customer service and competency
- Emailing/scanning/faxing
- Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
- Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients
- Maintain professionalism in emergency situations
