The company is currently searching for an awesome Regional Marketing Manager to join its Regional Marketing team and support the company’s meteoric growth.

The Regional Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting local markets in their day-to-day marketing planning and execution, in facilitating local campaigns and events that drive referrals and collaboration between general practices and specialty practices, and in rolling out any national campaigns and tools to specific markets.

 

This role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Build and foster the relationship between Pathway Marketing Support Office and its practices within the assigned regions
  • Work closely with practice managers and hospital administrators to develop and execute marketing plans and facilitate the use of local marketing tool kits
    • Maintain and update the hospital’s marketing plans
    • Provide best practices and planning support to VRMs in the field
  • Develop market level plans, events, and experiences to drive in network referrals, cross practice collaboration, and pet parent usage of both GP and specialty services
  • Advocate for local marketing tools and assets that support practice growth and customer experience
  • Support the development of local marketing plans and manage the national marketing plan for assigned hospitals
    • Ensure the hospitals are assigned to the appropriate campaigns
    • Own the communication, strategy, campaigns, and tactics with the hospitals
  • Address, manage, and resolve marketing tickets for the clinics
  • Address, manage, and resolve general marketing tickets as needed
  • Audit each practice and market annually and facilitate at least one marketing coaching call per year per practice
  • Facilitate new practice onboarding and integration process including marketing plan and budgeting, website integration, and introduction to support resources

 

Required experience:

  • 4+ years experience in field marketing, veterinary services industry a plus
  • Proven track record of creating B2C and B2B campaigns that are on-brand and deliver attributable positive outcomes.
  • Strong analytical approach to evaluating attribution, funnel metrics and campaign performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Service orientation with ability to build trust and coach both experienced and inexperienced practice leadership
