Bayview Animal Hospital, a full-service small animal veterinary practice in Rochester, New York, seeks a Full-Time Veterinary Medical Director to lead our team at our growing practice.

- An experienced Veterinary Medical Director who thrives on leading and overseeing a remarkable medical team, ensuring outstanding veterinary care and client service that goes above and beyond expectations.
- A leader who cultivates a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and professional development among all staff members.
- A veterinarian who enjoys working closely with hospital managers to oversee the hospital's day-to-day operations and serves as a liaison between regional leadership and the hospital team.
- An individual who wants to be part of a team with a family feel and enjoys helping the clients and patients in our community through services, education, and general care.
- A veterinarian with an interest/experience with dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and pocket pets.
- A strong communicator who loves building relationships with their team and our clients.
- A veterinarian comfortable with advanced medicine cases and proficient with surgery.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual salary range from $140,000 to $160,000. The salary will be based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
