About the Role:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, animal-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing client concerns, handling billing inquiries, and supporting a clean and organized practice.

Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Must be available every other Saturday

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Process payments and handle billing questions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure the clinic remains clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (veterinary experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, reach, and walk throughout the day
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
