Eye Care for Animals is looking for a Veterinary Technician Practice Leader to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.   
  
Role Responsibilities: 
The Practice Leader is responsible for the general management of the veterinary practice ensuring overall success while meeting benchmarks. In addition to their primary job responsibilities (as a veterinary technician), tasks include reporting, payroll processing, hiring, and employee supervision.
  
Experience & Skills Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)
  • Superior/advanced technical skills
  • Has 2 years of supervisory experience (in a veterinary clinic setting)
  • Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care)
  • Possesses a positive work attitude
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills
