Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is now hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Day Shift) to join our team! 

Our ideal candidate must be a strong team player that is friendly, helpful, courteous, energetic and able to work at least one weekend shift each week. 

Mandatory Reception Skills:

  • Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties
  • Exceptional customer service and competency
  • Emailing/scanning/faxing
  • Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions
  • Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
  • Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients
  •  Maintain professionalism in emergency situations
