Southeast Veterinary Referral Center is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!!

Job Summary:

The Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first person that a client will meet upon contacting our facility. We are looking for an experienced CSR to help lead our team of 6 receptionists. The ideal candidate would be a positive person who can handle any situation with a smile and professionalism. Must have prior experience working in a veterinary or medical office that includes answering multi-phone lines, customer service, good interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience with veterinary/animal or medical practice
  • 2-5 years of Customer Service Experience- leadership experience a plus
  • High School diploma minimum
  • Computer skills: Word/Excel
  • Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with client services and some administrative tasks
  • Answer phones and greet clients and patients
  • Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and print receipts
  • Supervise the cash box which is to balanced at the end of each shift
  • Facilitate client medication refill requests
  • Fax and scan records to referring veterinarians as requested
