Pet Specialists of Austin are looking for incredible people to join our Customer Service Representative team! We are currently looking for dependable people, with positive attitudes, that are self-starters and have superior customer service skills. If you possess these characteristics this might be the job for you. Starting pay - $16/hourly

The schedule needed for this position is for Evening (2PM-12AM) shift.

  • Evenings/Weekend/Holiday availability: both Saturday and Sunday required      
   
        
Job Duties:          
        
  • Provide top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs     
  • Answer phones, proactively schedule appointments and specialty procedures, set reminders, manages patient and client flow including checking patients in/out, and handles basic client complaints     
  • Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed     
  • Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/ patient information, update and maintain medical records     
  • Processing client payments and invoices, and following up on additional or missing payments     
  • Ensuring the lobby, waiting room, and your workspace are clean and organized.     
  • Other administrative duties as needed
