Purpose & Need
What You'll Do
- Lead office management including but not limited front desk responsibilities, event management, monitor and maintain office supplies
- Receive and process deliveries
- Assist with general administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks
- Assist with copying, scanning and compiling presentation packets/binders
- Proactively initiate assistance to other PGA staff members
- Display eagerness towards learning new methods and skills
What You'll Need
- High school graduate or equivalent
- College graduate preferred
- 0-5 years of previous receptionist or office management experience
What You'll Bring
- Proficiency in MS Office and a wide variety of office support and administrative functions
- Punctual with good organization skills and ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner at the direction of various people
- Excellent skills in the areas of numeracy, literacy, written and verbal communication\
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completes tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner meeting PGA standards with minimal errors

- While performing the duties of this job including working on a computer, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods at a desk; use hands, handle, or feel, talk, and hear.

- The employee must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
