As 2021 quickly approaches, we are seeking to hire experienced Account Executives in North America with consultative sales experience. The Account Executives will introduce PAS software solutions to utility & power generation, oil & gas, chemicals and other continuous process industries.

Essential functions:

· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned North America accounts

· Authors, maintains, and socializes account plans for critical accounts

· Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

· Coordinates the involvement of PAS personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations

· Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period

· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

· Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary PAS team members

Educational and relevant work experience requirements:

· BS degree in technical or business field. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience will be considered

· Minimum of 8 years in business development and account management experience with significant professional growth and demonstrated track record of accomplishments

· Extensive experience working with customers within the utility & power industries, chemicals, oil & gas as well as other continuous process industries

· Demonstrated track record of building new business and sales pipeline

· Proven leadership skills as a sales / business development executive       within a complex matrixed organization

· Ability to manage through influence and a high bias for action

· Strong commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills

· Solid interpersonal and customer relationship skill
