The Job at a Glance
Responsible for shaping the experience of each Parts Town customer, Customer Solution Specialists give voice to the way that Parts Town is changing the industry. The Customer Solution Specialist – Team Lead will support internal team members by serving as the primary point of contact for training, guidance, and will support the day-to-day functions related to the operations of the Service Elite Customer Experience Team.
A Typical Day
- Support internal team members personal growth and development as they progress through their developmental journey.
- Guide our team through the Elite Customer Experience by effectively collaborating with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs and finding solutions that create satisfaction for the customer and the company.
- First level escalation of customer concerns
- Handle incoming customer calls as needed in the queue
- Manage reports and special tasks as assigned by managers
To Land This Opportunity
- You have 3+ years of experience in a customer service role (ideally over the phone)
- You have the ablity to work Monday -Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST
- You’re an all-Star communicator in written and verbal
- You exhibit stellar organizational and basic computer skills
- You get excited about teaching and guiding team members throughout the PartsTown Elite experience while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor (no zombies, please!)
- You have an outgoing, positive, team-spirited, one-for-all personality

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $48,047.27- $64,287.82 annually ($23.09 – $30.90 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
