The Job at a Glance

As the OS&D Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing questions and resolving issues for the receiving team throughout the day. Your main objective is to help the receiver successfully process incoming products without purchase orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting some of the OSDs (Overages, Shortages, and Damages) that the receiver may not be familiar with, and you will take the initiative to research these matters.

A Typical Day

• Writing up the receiver’s OS&D (unable to ID Pos)
• Troubleshooting receipt issues.
• Finding open Pos
• Closing out PO lines in our ERP system
• Other duties as assigned

To Land This Opportunity

• If you have experience working with manufacturers, it’s a plus!
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• You possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• You can stand for long periods and be able to lift 40 lbs.
• You are available to work Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM and  can work Saturdays as needed
• You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 – $53,720.20 annually ($21.15 – $25.82 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
