The Job at a Glance
The Compliance Coordinator works closely with manufacturer partners to collect and maintain country of origin information for all products sold internationally and provide administrative support to the compliance team by routing email correspondence to the appropriate work queues.
A Typical Day
- You will correspond with manufacturers to get country of origin information and update the systems.
- You will work closely with the international team and manufacturers to help the customers with part Certification requirements.
- Every day you will closely work with Compliance Analysts and assist in their product compliance data gathering needs.
- You will partner with compliance analysts to evaluate documentation and ensure the timely and accurate completion of COO audits.
To Land This Opportunity
- You are a master in organization. Keeping up with email messages coming from different places and all at once? No problem!
- You excel at organizing information electronically. You can use MS Excel and Access with ease. Can you work with Salesforce? Now…that’s a real plus!
- You have a good sense for trade compliance and can speak the language. Terms like forwarder, commercial invoice and customs entry are somewhat familiar to you.
- You are a quick learner and can easily adapt to ever changing needs and circumstances. Oh, the blessings of working at a rapidly growing company!
- You are a team player and feel comfortable finding the needs of others and jumping at the opportunity.

The salary range for this role is $51,724.27 - $63,218.55 annually ( $24.87 - $30.39 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
