The Job at a Glance
The Cold-Side Parts Identification Supervisor (internally known as a Super Sleuth) will assist in the implementation and development of quality procedures to deliver the highest level of manufacturer support! This person will coach and develop a growing team of Parts Identification Specialists. Reporting technical data and continuous process improvement are crucial to successful leadership in this role!
A Typical Day
- Supervise the daily call-center operations of the Parts Town OEM Parts Identification business unit.
- Coach and develop team members by guiding them on technical support procedures and best practices.
- Support the Manufacturer Parts ID team to provide parts identification to customers via phone, email, and through Salesforce cases.
- Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure the highest level of customer service, including: monitoring performance, tracking metrics, and innovating existing processes.
- Assist in building the Manufacturer side of Parts ID by utilizing Salesforce for personal dashboards and daily reports.
To Land This Opportunity
- You have at least 1 year of mentorship, Team Lead, or Supervisor experience.
- You provide an exceptional experience while interacting with customers, manufacturers, and service providers via email and phone.
- You have a proven track record of success in a call center environment.
- You have excellent coaching, communication, personnel, and talent development skills!
- You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Access.
- You are a process improvement champion and collaborate well with other functional areas of the business!
- You consider yourself a pro in Microsoft Office products and appreciate finding solutions to problems.
- You thrive within a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- You can work a schedule of M-F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (CST) / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed.

The salary range for this role is $28.85 – $38.94 hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
