The Job at a Glance

As the Order Entry Specialist (Internally known as Order Entry Enthusiasts), you will be essential to providing the best experiences to Parts Town’s customers. You will focus on providing dedicated support to our customers by entering orders submitted through multiple mediums, taking inbound calls, and assisting with parts identification, as well as providing back-up assistance to the email specialists when needed. You will also foster a team environment while evaluating and developing both people and processes to continue to strengthen our customer’s experience.

 

A Typical Day

  • Provide support to a high volume of customer request via processing orders, email resolution, and part identification request
  • Address customer concerns and rectify any errors
  • Evaluate and improve upon existing order entry and parts identification

 

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have a passion for making sure the customers have the right parts
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service role
  • You go the extra mile and have an extremely high attention to detail
  • You thrive within a team atmosphere
  • You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home
  • You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • You have the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy
  • You display exceptional conflict resolution skills
  • You can work a schedule of 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (CST) / M-F 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
