The Job at a Glance

As the Returns Supervisor (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers), You will focus on processing incoming shipments and will document and inspect each part to make sure it meets Parts Town quality standards before receiving the part into our system. You will supervise a team responsible for processing customer returns and warranty returns for GFC CHI. In addition, your team will include Inbound quality specialist responsible for WIP management, Salesforce case resolution, overall Inbound quality initiatives and reporting to maximize productivity ensuring that all Inventory is unloaded and received correctly.

 

 

A Typical Day

  • Coaching and developing team members, planning daily activities, making on-the-floor decisions to eliminate operational constraints and bottlenecks
  • You will utilize and train team members on multiple systems (HighJump, Saleforce, ERP(SAP)), Safe operating procedures and powered/non-powered material handling equipment.
  • You will supervise a team that is unpacking and examining all incoming genuine OEM parts, verifying parts match packing list and purchase order
  • You’ll provide accurate data to identify unique issues and changes and create reports to improve workflow
  • You will work with internal teams to resolve Return discrepancies and Sale force cases based on established SLA’s.
  • You will work with internal teams to process Warranty scrap/shipments in a timely manner.

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50 – $76,169.50 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
