The Job at a Glance
Responsible for shaping the experience of each Parts Town customer, the Supervisor, Customer Solutions (A.K.A. Captain, Parts Experts) is a voice to the way that Parts Town is changing the industry! The Customer Solutions Specialist Supervisor will support internal team members by serving as the primary point of contact for training and guidance. This person will support the day-to-day functions related to the operations of the I-Team.
A Typical Day
- Manage the Customer Solutions team workflow (with focus on the 80’s), monitor wall board, and assist team with coverage wherever needed.
- Engage with and coach team members while working to maximize productivity and quality within your team.
- Support internal team members personal growth and development as they progress through their Parts Town journey.
- Guide our team through the Customer Experience by effectively collaborating with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs and finding solutions that create satisfaction for the customer and the company.
- Assist with SAP blocks, reports, Jira tickets, backorder ETA’s, Salesforce queues, payroll, employee relations issues, and onboard new team members.
- Build and manage a small set of accounts assigned to you.
- Handle various projects such as EDI, UAT testing, and meet deadlines requested by management.
- Rally our team to meet budget numbers daily!
To Land This Opportunity
- You have at least 1 year of mentorship, Team Lead, or Supervisor experience (preferably in a customer service role)
- You exhibit stellar organizational skills and intermediate computer skills
- You pay close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have an outgoing, positive, team-spirited, one-for-all personality
- You get excited about teaching and guiding team members throughout the Parts Town experience while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor (no zombies, please!)
- You think outside the box and are always looking to innovate! You might even say your middle name is “Above and Beyond”
- You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- You have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. We prioritize our positive workplace culture where collaboration, growth, and work-life balance are celebrated. The salary range for this role is $54,453.60– $72,859.56 annually ($26.18–$35.03 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
