The Job at a Glance

The Parts Identification Team Lead (internally known as Team Lead, Parts Detectives) works closely with the Manufacturer Support Parts ID Team. This unit provides our mutual customers with our Manufacturer Partnerships with the answers to part inquiries.

 

A Typical Day

  • Monitor and motivate – keep the team on task by monitoring chats and service level as well as ensuring the teams’ documentation in Bloomfire is up to date
  • Provide peer to peer coaching in the moment to ensure we are providing the best, most accurate service possible to our inbound callers
  • Administer peer-reviews of cases handled and collaborate with leadership regarding training needs
  • Handle a weekly average of 100 escalations from all team brands and being the gate keeper of communication with our manufactures
  • Be ready to jump in the phone queues to help the team wherever you are needed and support our manufacturer partners to identify and improve processes

To Land This Opportunity

  • You should be well versed in Salesforce and Bloomfire, and love using data to identify and solve problems
  • You can work the shift 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (CST) 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (EST)
  • You are either a Parts Expert-Manufacturer Support or Customer Support team member with 2-3 years of parts experience
  • You have the willingness and drive to share your knowledge by training new hires and managing refreshers for the team
  • You have experience building relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal/external customers
  • You pay close attention to detail as far as you’re concerned anything worth doing should be done the right way
  • You have a strong desire to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo

 

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $47,051.98 – $62,907.94 annually ($22.62 – $30.24 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
