The Job at a Glance

As the Receiving  Supervisor (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers), You will focus on  processing incoming shipments  and  will document and inspect each part to make sure it meets Parts Town quality standards before receiving the part into our system.  You will supervise a team of receiving team members and work to maximize productivity and assure that all Inventory is unloaded and received correctly

 

A Typical Day

      • Coaching and developing team members, planning daily activities, making on-the-floor decisions to eliminate operational constraints and bottlenecks
      • You will supervise a receiving team that is unpacking and examining all incoming genuine OEM parts, verifying parts match packing list and purchase order
      • You’ll provide accurate data to identify unique issues and changes and create reports to improve workflow

  • You are the “go-to” team member who consistently exceeds productivity metrics
  • You can work the hours of 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday through Friday and are able to work Saturday as needed 
  • You are data driven and rely on your analytic skills to problem solve and think “outside the box”
  • You possess the ability to lead teams, develop people, and are able to work well under pressure
  • You have the ability to move around for long periods of time, and lift 40 lbs unassisted  
  • You demonstrate stellar communication skills 

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50 – $76,169.50 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
