The Job at a Glance
Senior Director of Manufacturer Partnerships (Internally known as PARTnership Builder) champions growth by building strong partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving revenue across key OEM markets. This role leads the post launch partnership growth journey - from identifying expansion opportunities and cultivating relationships to bringing deals to life. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the leader develops creative growth strategies, delivers customer-focused solutions, and turns market insights into business results. As a trusted advisor and people leader, you will inspire high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and help drive innovation, change, and long-term success.
A Typical Day
- Support the growth and success of a large, established business portfolio while identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve sales and company objectives.
- Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels to achieve sales objectives within assigned OEM partners
- Manage and prioritize resources to maximize growth opportunities and business results.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial account management team.
- Serve as a trusted business leader and mentor, driving business development strategies while coaching and empowering individuals to navigate change, growth, and transformation successfully.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to secure and execute new business opportunities.
- Utilizing reporting and performance metrics to support strategic decision making.
- Proactively build and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition.
To Land This Opportunity
- You have 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, high growth consultative & collaborative sales environment
- You are a strong business developer and a leader that guides and mentors through this amazing journey
- You have a proven track record of success in national account leadership, account development, project management, and data management
- Your people & presentation skills are top notch!
- You’re passionate about complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and support manufacturer supply chain partners
- You are humble and team-driven with commitment to promote positive team culture.
- You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- You can accommodate up to 30-40% travel time
- Bonus points if you have experience with Salesforce, Qlik, Excel, and other analytical tools
- You are a master in analyzing and reviewing sales data and trends
- You are a customer sales Guru and always sell on value propositions to clearly articulate to customers
- You're a confident, persuasive presenter who knows how to impress a crowd
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Marketing is a bonus!

The salary range for this role is $140,733.65 – $210,238.15 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
