You’ll bring structure to ambiguous work and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value for the business.
Typical Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the international business unit and enterprise functions to define expansion priorities, identify interdependencies, and sequence the initiatives required to launch and scale in new markets.
- Use strategic and analytical frameworks to assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and build business cases, including NPV, ROI, and payback analysis.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, articulate the strategic implications (the “so what”), and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build compelling presentations that communicate analysis results, key takeaways, and next steps—from individual slides to full-story presentations—that drive alignment and inspire action.
- Communicate confidently across levels of the organization, translating executive direction into clear decisions, workstreams, accountabilities, and next steps.

- Build and manage integrated program plans, governance routines, milestones, decision logs, and executive-ready status reporting based on business goals, available resources, and priority alignment.
- Maintain momentum across concurrent workstreams by surfacing dependencies, resolving issues, mitigating risks, and escalating decisions at the right time.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and leadership forums that use structured problem-solving approaches to synthesize inputs, resolve tradeoffs, and guide teams toward clear decisions and actionable next steps.
- Sample programs include international market entry and launch readiness, operating model design, Operations launch, business capability buildout, digital and technology enablement, customer experience development, and delivery of other strategic growth initiatives.
To Land This Opportunity
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and know how to drive results through structured, high-impact programs without relying on direct authority.
- Experience: 7+ years leading strategic, customer-facing, or operational projects, with demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional programs. Experience in strategy consulting or an internal strategy, transformation, or PMO role is strongly preferred, particularly on initiatives such as market entry, value creation, process improvement, M&A / post-merger integration, operating model design, or business unit / growth strategy.
- Discipline & Rigor: Highly organized and skilled at establishing the structure, operating rhythm, and accountability needed to keep complex, cross-functional teams and projects moving forward.
- Analytical Strength: Proven ability to analyze complex data, distill insights, communicate the “so what,” and drive data-informed action.
- Communication: Comfortable influencing stakeholders across levels—from senior executives to frontline teams—and creating accountability across functions without direct reporting relationships.
- Storytelling: Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear individual slides and compelling end-to-end narratives using data.
- Tools: Expert in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with modern project management and visualization tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; energized by ambiguity, complex problem solving, and building new capabilities for growth.
