The Job at a Glance

As a Customer Solutions Specialist (internally known as a Parts Expert), you are always available to assist customers with all of their OEM replacement part needs. You thrive on building strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent (and even fun!) experience every time. Your passion to go above and beyond for our customers and strong attention to detail is essential in this role!

A Typical Day

• Handle a high volume of calls a day (50 – 70) while delivering exceptional customer care every time
• Process quotes, orders, returns, ID parts, adjustments, tracking information, vendor outreach, outbound calls; working in multiple systems efficiently as possible
• Professional communication with customers, leadership, your team, and other internal departments daily to ensure customer satisfaction

To Land This Opportunity

• You have at least 1 year of customer service experience (face to face or over the phone)
• You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English. Bonus points if you’re bilingual!
• You’re passionate about providing top notch customer service and building relationships in the process!
• You have fantastic organization skills and never overlook the details!
• You’re a team player with a positive attitude. Most importantly, you’re adaptable!
• You have basic computer skills: MS Office, etc.
• You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home
• You have a genuine positive, outgoing, team spirited, one-for-all personality
• Excel, and Powerpoint knowledge is not required but can certainly earn you GOLD STARS!
• You can work a schedule of M-F 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) with flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed

Please note: The first 3 weeks of training will be a schedule of M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST)!

The salary range for this role is $37,348.78 - $50,403.56 annually ($17.96 – $24.23 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
